Glendalough Panoramas

I spent the last few days in the National Park at Glendalough, Co. Wicklow. For those who don’t know it, Glendalough is one of the most beautiful and spectacular parts of Ireland, and one of my all time favorite places in the world. The stunning landscape is the result of a valley formed by a glacier during the last ice age and two lakes form the basin with spectacular mountainous walls on either side. I took lots of shots while I was there, and I’m still processing them, but here’s a taste of some panoramas I took. My favorite was as the sun went down over the lakes through a cloud dappled sky leading to some spectacular lighting on the valley walls.
